Job Role

The Accounts Payable (AP) Team Lead oversees the entire AP process, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, effective control measures, management information system (MIS) preparation, and statutory compliance. In a dynamic financial environment, Finance plays a pivotal role in controlling and managing an organization's finances, as well as handling legal matters and statutory compliances.

The Financial Discipline Manager reports to the Associate Director- Finance and performs responsibilities related to vendor invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, employee reimbursements, fixed assets accounting, capital budget tracking, monthly closures, accruals, and statutory compliance.

This role requires involvement in overall AP management, including activities such as overseeing vendor invoice accounting and ensuring accurate payment processing.

Key skills for this role include:

In addition, the jobholder must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
