We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to lead our finance operations, reporting, and compliance processes.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as expertise in statutory compliance and strategic planning. This role demands a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on accounting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

You will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes. Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation and statutory records.
  • Accounts Management
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command over Indian accounting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools; experience with accounting software.

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
