As a seasoned Financial Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
Financial Planning & Reporting

As a strategic Financial Manager, you will oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, driving business growth through insightful analysis and recommendations.

Compliance & Audits

Ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements, managing statutory, internal, and tax audits to maintain accuracy and transparency.

Accounts Management

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking to ensure efficient financial operations.

Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis

Create MIS reports for management and investors, supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams for payroll, taxation, and operations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong command over Indian accounting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools; experience with accounting software.
  • Experience handling audits, payroll systems, and statutory filings.
Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
