We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator.
">The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs) located across the globe.
">Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and providing necessary tools and processes for efficient exam delivery.
">As an Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams, manage unforeseen events, and ensure minimal impact on candidates and stakeholders.
">You will also oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards and handle requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel.
">Proactive identification and communication of quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement is essential.
">Conduct visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.">
- 1-3 previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.">
- Excellent attention to detail.">
- Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired">
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable">
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.">
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.">
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.">
- Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.">
- Strong focus on compliance, ensuring all processes and communications adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.">
