Customer Solutions Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Engineer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships.
  • Configuring client accounts according to their business requirements.

You will lead onboarding and deployment activities, conduct training sessions, and share best practices to help customers maximize the value of our software.

Your key deliverables will be:

  • Providing remote and on-site support to ensure high availability for your portfolio of customers.
  • Taking ownership of user issues, tracking tickets, collaborating with engineering, and reporting on root causes.
  • Escalating critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language.
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences.
Key Requirements
