Job Title: Fuel Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fuel Delivery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain necessary documentation for assigned fuel carriers, including BOL and related delivery ticket paperwork.
  • Bill all sites associated with assigned carriers using established billing procedures.
  • Ensure accurate billing of deliveries by referencing the daily unbilled spreadsheet.
  • Research tank loss issues to minimize losses.
  • Investigate CRM cases involving assigned carriers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Fuel Supply to ensure carriers are receiving correct products.
  • Verify that each delivery is billed accurately using multiple tools.
  • Work closely with Fuel AP to guarantee accurate billing.
  • Assist the manager in reconciling unbilled deliveries.
  • Provide support to other team members, including covering carriers during absences.
