Job Description

The Building Information Management (BIM) Coordinator is responsible for managing all BIM-related services and conducting thorough quality checks. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all BIM matters within the project team.

  • Main responsibilities include maintaining and updating the BIM Execution Plan, implementing BIM methodology in accordance with project requirements, and conducting regular model quality reviews.
  • Ongoing tasks involve preparing quality check reports, organizing test runs to validate model contents, and managing BIM issues on the collaboration platform.
  • This role also involves serving as an interface between the Digital Delivery Manager and Discipline BIM Leads, ensuring timely delivery of BIM services, and developing BIM models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a degree or diploma in engineering from an accredited program, along with at least 5 years of experience in BIM implementation.

  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital delivery software, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to integrate multiple BIM models across various platforms.
