We are currently seeking a Salesforce Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce.com platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new enhancements, including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.
  • Translate user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
  • Mentor and motivate team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Salesforce development role, including completing at least 3 projects end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience working on Trigger Framework and understanding of context variables.
  • Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC / Aura, LWR, Javascript, CSS, Web Services (SOAP & REST), bi-integration with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Development via ASYNC Apex.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration via Admin Tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Deployment via Change Set / ANT.
  • Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL.
  • Knowledge of providing Security controllers to users using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, and OWD Setting.
  • Understanding of Sharing mechanism in SF, including sharing rules, Role hierarchy, user management, profiles, etc.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
  • Excellent debugging capabilities to resolve Production issues/errors.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce Data Migration with any Salesforce recommended tool.
  • CICD knowledge - like Github, Jenkins.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer II Certifications.
