Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Field Marketing Executive to promote and sell our electronic security products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to approach new customers and build strong relationships.

The role involves visiting businesses, schools and other potential clients to generate leads, explain product features and benefits, and close sales. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our technical team for product demos and installations, preparing daily reports on visits, leads and sales, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers in Durg and surrounding areas
  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of CCTV, biometric and access control systems
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls and networking
  • Follow up with interested clients and convert them into sales
  • Coordinate with the technical team for product demo and installation
  • Prepare daily reports on visits, leads and sales
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills, with Hindi required and English preferred
  • Basic understanding of electronic security products (CCTV, biometric, access control, etc.)
  • Confidence to approach new customers and build relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to travel locally
  • Two-wheeler is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • Graduate in any field
  • 0-2 years of field sales or marketing experience, freshers can apply
  • Basic knowledge of computers and internet
