Leading Client Relationships

As a key business leader, you will oversee the client servicing function for a prominent organization's branch in Bangalore.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, driving strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients, collaborating with leadership to define business plans and account strategies, managing and mentoring a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction, overseeing campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, working closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions, and representing the organization at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

To excel in this role, you will need to have 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies), strong relationship-building and leadership skills, experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients, the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, and be a team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others. You will also need to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value, and align with the organization's values of trust, respect, openness, time, and initiative.
