Key Financial Leadership Role

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead and manage our financial operations across multiple branches in India. This role is key to driving strategic decisions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining financial health and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure timely reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and offer insights to leadership.
  • Oversee tax filings and support external audits, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
  • Manage salary processing, incentives, and sales commissions accurately and on time.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate across departments for financial guidance.
  • Use tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP effectively and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage centralized financial operations and liquidity across multiple branch locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters in finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in financial management (preferably in EdTech or tech startups).
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
  • Willingness to commute or relocate as needed.
