We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to help us ensure the quality, performance and reliability of our software products. This role will focus on developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, creating and executing test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to achieve seamless releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, API and backend systems
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Perform end-to-end testing, integration testing and regression testing using automation tools
  • Create detailed bug reports and track issues to resolution
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
  • Analyze test results, identify trends in quality issues and recommend improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing
  • Proficiency in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or RestAssured
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Bonus points if you have experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust), cloud technologies (AWS) or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). ISTQB certification is also a plus
