Technical Leadership Opportunity

Establish a high-performing fintech platform through technical vision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development and scaling of fintech platforms with strategic thinking and technical expertise.
  • Make informed technical decisions that drive scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.
  • Empower engineers to innovate and collaborate by providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices and timely delivery of product features with effective project management.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for future roadmap initiatives.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs and financial systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Establish and maintain robust DevOps, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices and database design principles.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams with excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
