We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the development and implementation of high-scale, low-latency systems in e-commerce, quick commerce, food-tech, or fintech domains.

Job Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of production software experience, with 3+ years in a senior engineering capacity
  • Proven success delivering complex systems, with expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP)
  • Solid command of Domain-Driven Design, clean architecture, CAP trade-offs, chaos testing, and cost optimization
  • A strong passion for mentoring and a 'you build it, you run it' mindset
About the Role:
