About the Role

As a leader, you will oversee the design team and be responsible for our design strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing innovative solutions that will empower both our internal teams and external users.

In this role, you'll build and lead a high-performing team of product designers, setting a vision for user experience across our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Strategy - Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience - 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Leadership - Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship innovative products or features.
  • Skills - A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
