We are seeking a visionary and dynamic professional to lead our educational institution in Nashik, Maharashtra. As the Institute Head, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure the institution's continued growth, academic excellence, and success.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant academic discipline, with at least 10-15 years of progressive experience in an educational or leadership role, including 5 years in a senior administrative position.

You will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

The Institute Head will oversee the management of institutional infrastructure, facilities, and resources to support a safe and conducive learning environment.

You will also serve as the primary liaison between the institute's management, faculty, students, parents, and alumni, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to drive institutional growth and foster a culture of research, innovation, and professional development among faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Management:
    • Develop and implement the institute's strategic vision, mission, and long-term goals
    • Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to all departments
    • Oversee the institute's budget, financial planning, and resource allocation
    • Represent the institute at various forums, conferences, and meetings
  • Academic Excellence & Development:
    • Ensure the highest standards of academic quality, curriculum development, and student learning outcomes
    • Foster a culture of research, innovation, and professional development among faculty and staff
    • Monitor and evaluate academic programs to ensure they are relevant, industry-aligned, and meet accreditation standards
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the institute, including student admissions, examinations, and administrative services
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
    • Oversee the management of institutional infrastructure, facilities, and resources
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the institute's management, faculty, students, parents, and alumni
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and industry leaders
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in a relevant academic discipline
  • At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in an educational or leadership role
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
