Job Title: Performance Monitoring Strategist

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and lead performance monitoring efforts.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Monitoring Strategist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance monitoring strategies for both infrastructure and applications.

  1. Lead performance testing efforts, including load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning.
  2. Analyze application performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to integrate Monitoring tools into the software development lifecycle.
  4. Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, metrics, and reports to track application performance.
  5. Provide guidance on best practices for application architecture and design to enhance performance.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
  7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application performance management.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in application performance monitoring with 7+ years of experience in App Dynamics.
  2. Proven experience as an APM Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics).
  3. In-depth knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
  4. Experience in AIOps platforms such as Bigpanda, Splunk, AWS Cloud Watch, Dynatrace, etc are a plus.
  5. In-depth knowledge of at least one or more programming/scripting languages like Python/Java/Groovy.
  6. Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  7. Mandatory skills: Experience with App Dynamics Experience with Big Panda Experience with AWS
