Job Summary:

The role of an AdTech Strategist involves driving revenue growth by optimizing technology and yield strategies. This position is responsible for leading the integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels.
  • Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes.
  • Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
