Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a 3D Architectural Visualization Compositing Artist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic images and cinematic videos using compositing techniques.

This role involves integrating 3D renders, passes, and layers into polished final outputs, ensuring visual consistency, realism, and artistic excellence across stills and motion projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented artist to showcase their skills in architectural visualization and compositing.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a strong portfolio demonstrating compositing skills in both still and motion projects.

Additionally, proficiency in compositing and post-production software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, or similar tools is essential.

A solid understanding of render passes and multi-pass workflows is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, lighting, color balance, and photorealism.

This position requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with 3D artists, animators, and creative directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Composite multiple render passes (beauty, reflections, shadows, AO, Z-depth, masks, etc.) into photorealistic still images.
  2. Enhance raw renders with post-production techniques such as color correction, retouching, and adding photographic effects.
  3. Integrate 3D renders seamlessly into photographic backgrounds and HDR environments.
  4. Work with industry-standard software for final image finishing.
  5. Maintain a consistent visual style in line with project or client requirements.
Responsibilities for Videos (Animations):
  1. Composite 3D animation passes into high-quality architectural films.
  2. Add motion graphics, atmospheric effects (fog, dust, rain, light rays, flares), and other VFX elements.
  3. Perform color grading, camera tracking, and stabilization as required.
  4. Collaborate with sound designers/editors to synchronize visuals with audio for impactful storytelling.
  5. Optimize output for multiple formats (HD, 4K, social media edits, etc.).
Requirements:
  1. A strong portfolio demonstrating compositing skills in both still and motion projects.
  2. Proficiency in compositing and post-production software.
  3. A solid understanding of render passes and multi-pass workflows.
  4. Knowledge of 3D pipelines and rendering engines.
  5. A strong eye for detail, lighting, color balance, and photorealism.
  6. Experience in integrating VFX and motion graphics into architectural animations is a plus.
  7. The ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and creative directors.
