Architectural Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished Architect to lead our team's high-rise building projects from concept through construction administration.

  • Develop comprehensive architectural drawings and details for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet all project requirements and building codes.
  • Produce detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Review and redline drawings, mentoring junior drafting staff to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing project specifications, reports, and technical documents.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Draftsperson, with a strong focus on high-rise architectural projects.
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with demonstrated ability to create precise architectural drawings.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials relevant to high-rise construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in other design software such as SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino is desirable.
