About the Role

As a Portfolio Liaison Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

  • You will understand their financial needs and provide inputs on banking products including accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products relevant to clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
