As a Financial Services Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, meeting high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Complete daily tasks within required service standards.
  • Operate efficiently in the financial services industry, ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial, and regulatory procedures to minimize any risk to the organization.
  • Ensure high-quality output by minimizing rework and maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Contribute positively as a member of the team, working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Comply with company policies, values, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
  • Previous experience in data entry/high volume type roles, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
