Job Title: Associate Director Valuation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director Valuation to lead our Valuation Team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex financial instruments (CFI) and be able to drive growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional client relationships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of valuation professionals, developing and maintaining strong relationships with centers of influence, and providing thought leadership in the practice area. They will also be responsible for managing CFI engagement team members, overseeing, training, and developing other CFI valuation professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of valuation professionals and provide guidance on complex financial instruments.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership in the practice area and serve as a primary advisor to clients.
  • Engagement Management: Manage CFI engagement team members, oversee, train, and develop other CFI valuation professionals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative Field, MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: ABV/CPA, ASA, or CFA.
  • Experience: Experience valuing complex financial instruments, including option pricing models, Monte Carlo and Binomial Models.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
