SEO Growth Specialist

\

We're seeking an expert SEO professional to lead our organic growth strategies. This role requires a seasoned individual with strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing SEO initiatives across various clients and industries.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing SEO plans to drive high-quality traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients.

\

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts, tailored to their business objectives.

\

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competition analysis, and identify opportunities for content and technical improvements.

\

Perform regular SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and provide clear action plans.

\

Collaborate with the content team to ensure keyword alignment, content quality, and topical authority.

\

Coordinate with developers/designers to implement technical SEO fixes (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, mobile-friendliness, etc.).

\

Manage local SEO efforts (Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency).

\

Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

\

Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.

\

Provide monthly and quarterly SEO reports with actionable insights.

\

Train and mentor junior SEO executives or interns if needed.

\

4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a digital agency environment.

\

− Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.

\

− Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

\

− Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript from an SEO perspective.

\

− Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.

\

− Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain SEO concepts to clients.

\

− Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

\

Google Analytics Certification

\

Google Search Ads Certification

\

Experience with YouTube SEO or App Store Optimization (ASO) is a bonus

\

Prior experience handling SEO for eCommerce clients is an added advantage

\
