Job Title: Senior Search Engine Marketer

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic marketing professional to join our team.

  • Develop data-driven paid search strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage and execute Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns across various campaign types.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret website traffic and paid search campaign data using relevant analytics tools.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for clients, providing clear and actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Effectively manage client projects, ensuring adherence to allocated objectives.
  • Monitor campaign costs and identify areas for optimization to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously refine and optimize campaign elements for improved performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Budget management and optimization experience.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and competitor analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or a similar web analytics platform.

  • Experience with additional paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
