Job Opportunity: Marketing Ambassador

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to align with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Design innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Influencer Identification & Partnerships:

  • Identify and partner with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers for consistent brand representation.

Content Development & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of influencer-driven campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales-Driven: Results-focused with a strong ability to meet and exceed campaign objectives.
  • Outgoing and Extroverted: Enjoys networking, building relationships, confidently engaging with influencers and creative thinkers.
  • Trend-Oriented: Proactively identifies and acts on new trends, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Proactive with Digital Media: Actively seeks collaborations and stays hands-on with outreach tools and campaign analytics tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi: Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Ambition Required: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
