Job Overview
This internship will provide a candidate support specialist with hands-on experience in managing communications, verifying documentation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for communicating with candidates via email or chat.
- Evaluate and verify the accuracy of candidate-provided documents, ensuring all necessary information is present.
- Provide clear guidance to candidates on documentation requirements, offering ongoing support to ensure they meet expectations.
- Monitor and record candidate interactions, analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive support resources to streamline common inquiries.
- Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate records and escalating issues to internal teams.
- Manage level 1 escalations, demonstrating a deep understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of customer support principles and candidate management techniques.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Benefits:
- This is a full-time internship opportunity requiring a minimum commitment of 9 months.
- The successful candidate will work six days a week, Monday-Saturday.
