As a seasoned professional in the lifestyle industry, you will spearhead assortment planning, vendor negotiations, and sales forecasting to drive revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, and forecasting.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in category management, brand partnerships, or business development, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce sectors. You should have a proven track record of commercial acumen and analytical skills, as well as strong relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing assortment plans, tracking consumer and market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements.

  • Brand Management & Partnerships:
    • Identify, onboard, and scale homegrown and established lifestyle brands
    • Negotiate exclusive deals and enhance visibility
  • Category Management:
    • Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business goals
    • Create assortment plans and ensure high on-shelf availability
    • Track consumer and market trends to curate relevant selections
  • Business Growth & P&L:
    • Drive revenue and margin growth via pricing, promotions, and forecasting
    • Boost GMV growth through campaigns and seasonal events
    • Monitor competitors and market trends for new growth opportunities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams
    • Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements
