Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a data-driven leader.

This role combines analytical rigor with innovative model building and maintenance, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Model Development:
    • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, Churn prediction & retention, campaign performance, and other business use cases.
    • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
    • Translate model insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance ROI and customer experience.
  • Deep QA Model Validation:
    • Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before deployment.
    • Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.

Required Skills:

  • A Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
