Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annumJob Description: Financial Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Verification of Bills: Generate, check, and submit bills based on actual site work for both clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project agreements.
  • Quantity Estimation and Material Reconciliation: Estimate quantities and materials required, track usage, and perform reconciliation to ensure efficient material management.
  • Cost Control and Budget Management: Monitor project costs against budgets, identify cost overruns, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with project managers.
  • Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for various activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project budget.
  • Coordination with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure timely billing and smooth financial transactions throughout project phases.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of billing documentation, approvals, and invoices, and prepare regular project cost reports for management.
  • Compliance and Contract Management: Ensure all bills and invoices comply with contractual terms and project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in billing and estimation, preferably in museum, exhibition, or related construction projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to conduct cost analysis and budget tracking.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and cost control.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across teams and with clients.
