Process Associate Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our end-to-end operations of overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support students applying to universities abroad, including form filling, document collection, and verification.
  2. Maintain accurate records of student data, admission status, and communication history.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to follow up on application updates.
  4. Assist in preparing and submitting visa documents according to embassy consulate guidelines.
  5. Track and manage student application timelines to ensure timely processing.
  6. Handle email correspondence and backend tasks.
  7. Generate reports on application status, conversions, and pipeline movement.
  8. Ensure compliance with institutional and government documentation requirements.
  9. Maintain regular communication with students for document follow-up and process updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to handle multiple student profiles and work under pressure.
