Job Opportunity: Academic Support Specialist

The Academic Support Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging co-scholastic and scholastic content for teachers. This role involves developing storyboards and presentations, identifying gaps in content, and creating a comprehensive content creation plan.

The ideal candidate will interact with vendors to drive content development, work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of content, and develop a quality framework to ensure high-quality content generation.

A key requirement is to possess 8-12 years of experience and a Master's degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed in Hindi. The successful candidate should also have the ability to drive content creation through teacher engagement and lead process improvements to speed up content creation.

About the Role
  • Create engaging co-scholastic/scholastic content for teachers (Storyboard and presentation)
  • Develop content and onboard stories
  • Identify content gaps and create a content creation plan
  • Interact with vendors to drive content development
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver content within planned timelines
  • Develop a quality framework to ensure high-quality content
  • Generate new ideas for engaging teachers on the platform
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed in Hindi
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in content development and education
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to drive content creation through teacher engagement and lead process improvements
