Job Summary

A visionary Student Success Manager is sought to lead a team of academic advisors, collaborate with mentors and editors, and personally support ambitious students in building distinctive, high-impact profiles.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will oversee students through undergraduate admissions processes from onboarding to final university decisions.

  • Develop strong academic and extracurricular profiles for students, including research, internships, competitions, and community impact projects.
  • Strategize personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection, standardized testing, university shortlisting, and long-term academic planning.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on application components, including personal statements, SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and forms.
  • Mentor a team of advisors to ensure consistency, timely communication, and adherence to admissions timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students through entire undergraduate admissions process. Guide students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles. Strategize personalized student journeys by advising on subject selection and standardized testing. Review and provide detailed feedback on all application components. Manage and mentor a team of advisors. Coordinate with internal teams to align strategy and execution for each student. Provide expert guidance on U.S., U.K., and Canadian admissions platforms. Maintain clear communication with students and parents. Track and document student milestones.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms.
  • Possession for education, student growth, and lifelong learning.
