Job Title:

About You:

  • You are a highly analytical professional with experience in the pharmaceutical supply chain industry.
  • You excel at managing operational processes, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures aligned with cGMP guidelines.
  • Ensure all operational practices meet relevant audit requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects
  • Identify and lead CI projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze and present key supply chain metrics, including lead time, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics reports using Excel or Power BI.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Partnerships
  • Support procurement activities for APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality standards.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor agreements for timely material delivery.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure smooth process integration.
  • Coordinate audit preparations and responses as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industries.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (with Supply Chain Operations focus).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
