We seek an Application Engineer to bridge engineering expertise with customer engagement, ensuring successful application of our equipment and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand process requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes that showcase our capabilities.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development to drive business growth.
  • Align client needs with engineered solutions by coordinating with our design and manufacturing teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional clients and provide valuable feedback to internal teams on product enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • In-depth knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
