About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Game Programmer to lead our team in creating engaging gameplay mechanics and systems for our game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve complex technical challenges, optimize performance, and improve the overall quality of the game.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine, with active involvement in the project for more than 6 months.
  • Experience with version control systems (Perforce).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
