Client Servicing Executive Job Description

The role of a Client Servicing Executive involves working closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and ensure effective execution of strategies across all digital platforms.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities

This includes strategizing and overseeing end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.

  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
  • A strong understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
