About the Role:

  • Investment Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough fundamental analysis using company financials, industry trends, and valuation techniques.
  • Fund Oversight & Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor fund performance, portfolio composition, and manager strategy to ensure optimal returns.
  • Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Develop and maintain robust financial models, test assumptions, and perform scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare investor-ready presentations, research dashboards, and detailed write-ups to effectively communicate findings.
  • Stakeholder Interaction & Market Monitoring: Engage with company management, attend industry forums, and synthesize market developments into actionable insights for fund managers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Credentials: CFA, CA, MBA in Finance, or NISM certification for research professionals.
  • Professional Experience: 3–8 years of equity research/fund analysis experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and use of databases to drive investment decisions.
