Job Title: Private Equity Investment Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to join our team as a Private Equity Investment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing investments across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Negotiate and structure equity and debt investments, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
Portfolio Management:
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, prepare regular reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify value creation initiatives within portfolio companies and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Deal Sourcing & Research:
  • Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities through market research, industry mapping, and networking.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with senior team members, advisors, and portfolio company management teams to ensure seamless execution of investment activities.
  • Support investor relations by preparing reports and fundraising materials that effectively communicate the firm's investment strategy and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
