We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in ensuring seamless network connectivity, efficient VDI access, and robust end-user support for our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments.
- Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune).
- Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.
- Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- The candidate should be from any Tier-1 city in India.
- Hybrid work mode is acceptable.
