Chief Network Infrastructure Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Senior Network Engineer. This individual will provide 24x7 support to our network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, managing network devices, and maintaining a clean and efficient network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide L3 network support for routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
- Remotely access devices to diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
- Collaborate with NOC, SOC, and Help Desk teams to resolve escalated tickets within SLAs.
- Firewall Management & Configuration:
- Deploy and manage firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard) for secure network communication and compliance.
- Create, update, and maintain firewall rules and configurations.
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Documentation:
- Monitor the health and performance of the network infrastructure.
- Maintain clear documentation for network configurations, changes, and solutions.
- SD-WAN and Cloud Network Management:
- Configure and manage SD-WAN solutions and associated controllers.
- Assist in the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of SD-WAN networks.
For this position, we require:
- 9+ years of experience in network support with L3-level expertise.
- Extensive experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Hands-on experience with Juniper, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and WatchGuard firewalls and devices.
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and cloud-managed network devices.
