Finance Leadership Role

About the Job
  • To lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure effective financial management and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the finance department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Monitor cash flow, establish internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, meeting unit requirements.
  4. Provide monthly reports to stakeholders, detailing performance against budget and significant matters.
  5. Manage risk, prioritize and minimize risks in a proactive manner, and raise issues as needed.
  6. Audit taxation policies, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
  7. Negotiate with key vendors and contribute to commercial areas.
  8. Lead and motivate the finance team to meet targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate must be a CA/CMA with 12 years of experience in Hospital/Healthcare domain.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Effective communication, observational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Teamwork, people, and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and empathy.
