Job Overview
Our organization is seeking a skilled Career Development Associate to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals to leverage their research skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities to succeed in this dynamic role.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new sales opportunities through thorough research on industrial and non-industrial projects across India.
2. Find the correct person to reach through self-research and pass them through the operator/reception team.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
4. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
5. Acquire data through self-research/portal, find missing information of name, number, email, and requirement through internet browsing, calling, and converting attempts to enquiry leads.
Requirements
1. Strong integrity, good phone presence, and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience (preferably in sales & calling domain together).
3. Proficient with corporate productivity tools, tech-savvy, and good at managing data, browsing, and finding data from the internet, Excel, Email Tools, etc.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must).
