Business Development Representative
You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities through high-volume outreach and lead qualification. Your primary responsibilities include prospecting and engagement, lead evaluation, appointment setting, relationship management, follow-up nurturing, content development, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities- Prospecting and Engagement: Conduct high-volume outreach to generate new leads.
- Lead Evaluation: Use established criteria and call scripts to evaluate prospects and prioritize follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings and calls with senior sales team members; manage calendars and confirmations.
- Relationship Management: Update all interactions, notes, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM in real-time; maintain data integrity.
- Follow-Up Nurturing: Run structured follow-up cadences to progress leads through the funnel.
- Content Development: Utilize and refine call scripts and sequences to increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Share market insights with Sales/Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaigns.
- Proven experience in lead generation/Sales Development or similar role.
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills; comfortable with outreach targets.
- Appointment setting experience with measurable results.
- Solid CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and habit of meticulous data entry.
- Ability to evaluate leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident, clear, and persuasive.
- Organized, goal-driven, and resilient with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
