Role Overview

As a Quality Management Expert, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support and configuration for the SAP QM module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and configuration for the SAP QM module, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, and FICO.
  • Participate in ECC to S/4 HANA migration and implementation projects, driving business value through process improvements and technology advancements.
  • Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects), leveraging your expertise in shop floor quality management processes and QM integration.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training, enabling teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP QM, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations and configurations.
  • At least one S/4 HANA implementation experience, with a solid understanding of integration points with PP, MM, and FICO.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
