About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant with strong expertise in delivering complex SAP implementations and support projects.

The role requires leadership in designing end-to-end SAP PP & QM solutions, mentoring junior consultants, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive digital transformation in production planning and quality management Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects in SAP PP & QM modules.

- Conduct requirement workshops, solution design, and gap analysis with business stakeholders.

- Configure, customize, and optimize Production Planning processes such as Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.

- Configure and support Quality Management processes, including inspection planning, in-process inspections, usage decisions, defect recording, and quality notifications.

- Define and manage master data objects such as BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Inspection Characteristics, and Catalogs.

- Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, WM, PM, and FI/CO modules.

- Review, validate, and sign off functional specifications for RICEFW objects with ABAP teams.

- Drive cutover planning, migration, UAT support, and go-live activities.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and act as a subject matter expert.

- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and recommend continuous process Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Proven expertise in SAP PP : MRP, Demand Planning, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution, and integration with logistics modules.

- Strong knowledge of SAP QM : Inspection Planning, Results Recording, Quality Certificates, Notifications, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.

- End-to-end lifecycle experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.

- Exposure to S/4HANA PP & QM functionalities such as Fiori apps, Embedded Analytics, and Simplification Items.

- Strong ability to handle complex problem resolution and root cause analysis.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills (ref:hirist.tech)
