Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience while representing our brand image.

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Support sales and CRM teams by managing customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and guide them to the concerned department, showcasing your communication expertise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience, leveraging your interpersonal skills.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution, exercising empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes, utilizing your analytical skills.
  • Contribute to organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities, displaying your event management capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Prior experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service Representative is an advantage.
