Job Title: Customer Support and Content Associate

We're seeking passionate individuals to handle customer queries and create content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese for our website. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer satisfaction by translating English content, responding to customer inquiries via email, social media, and calls, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.

Your primary goal is to provide detailed information to customers, maintain records of each phone call for future reference, and offer training sessions to enhance new employees' skills. Additionally, you'll foster exceptional customer service and satisfaction while following up with customers for further information and taking customer feedback into account.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
