Job Title:

Core Construction Chemicals Project Sales

We are seeking a skilled project sales professional to excel in construction chemical products.

  • Drive sales of core construction chemicals (e.g., admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, flooring, repair, and protective systems) through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and government/semi-government agencies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with consultants and architects to get product specifications included in tender documents.
  • Ensure timely approvals for projects at design and execution stages.

Project Management:

  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects through market intelligence, visits, and networking.
  • Manage key accounts by providing technical and commercial support.
  • Coordinate with applicators and distributors to ensure timely supply and application.

Technical & Commercial Coordination:

  • Provide product presentations and technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Support project execution teams by resolving site-related queries.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.

Market Development:

  • Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in industry events to promote products.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for new developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil (preferred). MBA in Marketing/Sales would be an advantage.
  • Experience: 5-12 years of project sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paints, or allied industry.
  • Strong network with consultants, architects, contractors, and government bodies is desirable.
