Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to drive business excellence through strategic planning, process improvement and leadership. This role is responsible for designing and implementing operational frameworks that align with the company's overall goals.

The successful candidate will lead the development and ongoing management of yearly goal trees, ensuring strategic alignment and achievement. They will also coordinate monthly business reviews, prepare executive presentations and dashboards for senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key performance indicators.

In addition, they will manage internal communications, including town halls, leadership messages and updates, to keep stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in business processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an MBA from a reputable institution with a specialization in operations, strategy or general management. You should also have at least 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management. Additionally, familiarity with tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions is highly desirable.
